LUNAR NEW YEAR FESTIVAL
Portland’s most popular Lunar New Year Celebration is back at Lan Su Chinese Garden. The two-week festival features hanging red lanterns, a contact-free scavenger hunt, festival audio tour and cultural displays. The Chinese New Year festival is celebrating the Year of the Tiger from February 1-15, 2022!


PORTLAND WINTER LIGHT FESTIVAL
The annual Portland Winter Light Festival is one of the most popular winter festivals in the city. The citywide outdoor arts celebration featuring interactive light-based art installations, vibrant performances, and kinetic fire sculptures. The festival presents public art installations and performances for the community to enjoy.


GLOW SKATE NIGHTS
Get out of the house and enjoy a fun evening activity at Oaks Park Roller Rink’s Glow Skate Nights! Oaks Amusement Park in Portland has been bringing joy to the young and young at heart since 1905. For just $10, you can enjoy the skating rink during open skate sessions!

CAMAS FIRST FRIDAY
Held in charming, historic Downtown Camas and hosted by the DCA and the downtown merchants, Camas First Fridays are monthly themed passport events featuring games, art, dining, and after-hours shopping!

MUNSON CREEK FALLS
Munson Creek Falls State Park contains Munson Creek Falls, which is the tallest waterfall in Oregon’s Coast Range. A short hike of 0.5 miles leads to views of the 319 feet waterfall! The trail is accessible for all ages and every level of hiking enthusiast.

If you’re looking for an unforgettable day trip or want to get out of the city, head to the coast for whale watching. Nearly 25,000 gray whales will be traveling from Alaska to the warm lagoons of Baja Mexico.
